What We Did Today:
Students finished Problem 1.1, Butterfly Symmetry: Line Reflections. Students confirmed their conjectures of relationships between a line of reflection and the line segments drawn from an original vertex to their reflection vertex. Focus Question:
What does it mean to say that a figure has flip or reflectional symmetry? How is each point related to its image under transformation by reflection in a line?
