Sept. 11

Science: Students finished collecting data for the candy coated lab and began writing their methods section. We will work on making graphs and writing the data analysis section on Monday. On Tuesday we will work on our conclusions and critique/reflection. Supplies should be purchased and in class with students on Monday.

Geometry: Today we went over the 1-1 notes in class. 1-1 worksheet is homework.

Algebra: 1.2 Homework

Pre Algebra: 1.2 Homework

Course 3: Today we talked about Study Skills, Homework help and 1.2 Lesson. Students have homework listed on log.

Algebra 2: 1.4 Homework

All Spanish: There is no written homework over the weekend, but students who have not returned the sheet called "Make your homework work for you" should discuss it with a parent or guardian and return it on Monday. ¡Feliz fin de semana!

Language Arts: Students wrote on the topic: "Find a connection between your life and your summer reading book." Students had the whole hour to work on their papers. This will be counted as a quiz grade. Journal #2: What problems would you have if all the round objects in your life suddenly become square? HW: Finish their journal entry.

Journalism: Mr. LaFramboise class swapped with my class and students learned the 5 W's and how of journalism writing. Discussion regarding plagiarism and ethics was also part of this lesson. Students also took notes on the writing process of journalism. Students interviewed each other on their personality profile. HW: working on their personality profile and rough draft.

Humanities: Scatagories due Monday.
