Spanish 2

Students practiced irregular preterit verbs today. They were also encouraged to review regular preterit verbs on Conjuguemos.
 

Stein - Math 8 Plus - 3.6.17

What We Did Today:

Students completed 2.1, Connecting Congruent Polygons. Students began recognizing sequences of transformations to decide corresponding sides and vertices. Students also worked on ACE questions 1 - 4 and  27 - 29. Notes and a video clip demonstrating question D are available at http://norupstein.weebly.com/math-8-plus-blog. What does it mean to say two geometric shapes are congruent to each other and how could you demonstrate congruence with movable copies of the figures?

What We Did Today:

Students were introduced to chapter 11 and began to work on 11.1 section assessment in class.

Happy Monday!

RR ELA- Reading logs were due today ( 3.6.17) if you did not turn one in, you may do so tomorrow for late points. The new reading logs are due Monday ( 3.13.17) students should be reading for a minimum of 30 minutes for five days a week. Students must also complete the short reader's response section, along with having a parent signature for all five days.

RR Math- The red group can complete workbook pages ( week 3, day 3) if not finished in class. The signed homework packet and multiplication sheet are due on/before Friday ( 3.10.17) the math test will also be on Friday ( 3.10.17)
