Humanities: Students checked 14.2, were introduced to 14.3 and began to work on 14.3 in class. The only homework is to finish 14.3 (hopefully you had time to do this in class). Have a wonderful break.

Geometry: Went over the 11.4 worksheet and took a quiz on 11.1-11.4. Homework is to complete the 11.5 notes.

Science: Period & Frequency homework was returned and discussed. Jigsaw notes on pages 434-437. No homework!

Spanish I: Retakes of 2.3 quiz can be taken any day after spring break. The 2.3 exam will be after spring break on Wednesday, April 11th. don't forget to study your writing practice over break, and remember that the answers are on my blog in case you lose your sheet. http://www.sraroth.blogspot.com/

Pre-Algebra: We did scale drawings of candy bars.  No homework.

Algebra (Graham): Review day. Worksheet on factoring due on the Monday we return from break.

Technology (Graham): Design Folders were due today.

ELA: We finished watching "To Kill a Mockingbird" the movie. The kids were a little upset at the deletion of some scenes and of some characters. It was neat to hear their response to Robert Duvall as Arthur "Boo" Radley. Talk to your student about this amazing classic, it is something you share now, and if you didn't read it in school I would be more than happy to lend you a copy to you can read it now. TKM final projects are due Friday, April 13th.

Tech: Students are working diligently on Family Budget projects. We will begin presenting on Wednesday, April 11th.
