Geometry

Classwork: Unit 4- Similarity Tests were returned and discussed. Students can do re-takes any day after school this week or next week. We then introduced the Kitchen Geometry project (see handout in geometry folder)

Homework: Measure kitchen work triangle and basic dimensions of triangle to work with in class tomorrow.

-Students reviewed chapter five and were introduced to chapter six in class.

-Homework is to complete 6.1 free choice.

Spanish 2

Students reviewed how to conjugate verbs in the preterit tense and wrote a paragraph in Spanish about what they did over break. While it is not required, students are encouraged to review Unit 6 vocabulary on Conjuguemos.

Canvasser 1.4.17 Wednesday

RR ELA- If you completed a reading log over break it was due today ( 1.4.17). The new reading logs are due Monday ( 1.9.17) students should reading for a minimum of 30 minutes for five days a week. Students must also complete the short reader's response section, along with having a parent signature for all five days.

 

RR Math- The red group can complete workbook pages ( week 3, day3) if not finished in class. The signed homework packet and multiplication sheet are due on/before Tuesday ( 1.10.17) the math test will also be on Tuesday ( 1.10.17). The homework packet, workbook pages, and notes are great study tools.
