Math 8 - Stone

Today completed investigation 1.3. We created exponential functions to solve problems and compared them with linear functions.

Homework: page 14 (15-21) 

Don't forget tomorrow is BLACK OUT, wear all black for spirit points.

 

Geometry

Classwork: Began section 4.3

Science-Wilcox-Thursday

Classwork: Students read about Newton's 3rd law and momentum and took notes. They also practiced problems with the review questions from the book.

Homework: Students have a momentum practice sheet as homework due Friday. Daily Science Quiz over #37-54 will be tomorrow.

Quiz corrections are due Monday on the required form stapled to the original quiz.

Spanish 2

Students took the Unit 6 vocabulary quiz and practiced saber vs. conocer.

Canvasser 12.8.16 Thursday

RR RLA- Reading logs are due Monday ( 12.12.16) students should be reading for a minimum of 30 minutes for five days a week. Students must also complete the short reader's response section, along with having a parent signature for all five days!

RR Math- The red group can finish workbook pages ( week 2, day 2) if not completed in class. The signed homework packet and multiplication sheet are due on/before Thursday ( 12.15.16)  the math test will also be on Thursday ( 12.15.16). Your notes, workbook pages, and homework packet are great study tools!
