Greer - Quizzes were returned today and directions provided for making corrections. All quiz corrections are due Friday, October 21.

Individuals and Societies-Lyskawa

-Students reviewed English colonization, and were introduced to 3.5 of the text in class today.

-No homework.

Students took the Unit 5 vocabulary quiz and then took notes on the present progressive tense.

Students should finish reading The Giver tonight. Be ready to take the AR quiz in class tomorrow!

Sorry for the date confusion from the previous post. It should say 10.18.16 not 10.28.16

Science-Wilcox

Classwork: We reviewed the quiz. We also discussed our answers from the card matching distance time graph activity from yesterday. We then started a discussion about speed-time graphs and practiced reading those types of graphs.

Homework: Quiz Corrections due Friday. Use the provided form and attach it to the original quiz.

Canvasser 10.28.16 Tuesday

RR ELA- Reading logs were due yesterday, if you did not turn on in you may do so tomorrow for late points. Your new reading logs are due Monday ( 10.24.16) students should be reading for a minimum of 30 minutes for five days a week. Students must also complete the short reader's response section, along with having a parent signature for all five days!

RR Math- Blue group can finish workbook pages ( week 3, day 2) if not completed in class. The signed homework packet and multiplication sheet are due Tuesday (10.25.16) the math test will also be on Tuesday (10.25.16).
