Math 8 - Stone

Today, we completed Investigation 1.2. In this lesson, we learned to use two points to create various shapes (square, rectangle, right triangle, and parallelogram). The square and right triangle proved to be the most difficult. We discovered that finding the distance between our original coordinates helped us to decide the distances for our missing points.

Have a fabulous weekend!

Homework: Page 14 (8-12). The attachment only has numbers 8-10. Be sure to use the book to complete 11 and 12.
